i drive a 18 wheelerand i know a lot of these new drivers are dumb asses i also know we need a lot of room to turn have you seen what happens when a truck blows a retread if you are on a bike it can kill you dead when im on my bike i give trucks a lot room

Last friday I was coming home from my job. got into the center lane to turn rt at the light in order to head north. The light changed with the green arrow and I proceeded to turn rt , then some idot decides he also wants to turn to his left while he has a red light and he is heading east. Doesnt bother looking around or in front of him, just turns, as i was turning also and he gets into my lane instead of staying in his lane. Needless to say he cut me off, but nothing happen to me or my bike. I went around him and happen to look over, guess what? he is on his cell phone talking away and isnt watching how he is driving. I happen to catch him at a red light and still his on the phone. he wouldnt bother looking at me some reason.........lmao. Anyway watch those peeps on cell phones out there.

While I have a lot of respect for these over the road haulers I had an incident where one jackass truck driver decided to make a Right turn from the Left lane at an Intersection!!! While sitting at a RED light in Southern MD. a driver,who apparently needed to go into the 84 Lumber, while sitting in the LEFT lane. The 84 Lumber is on the RIGHT. Consiquently he knocked me and the bike down. I got off but his wheels ran over the bottom of mine. The xtra helmet I carry bore the brunt of this as the weight of the bike was on it, I carry it on the right side and it acted like a crash bar. The police showed up and I thought good he's gonna get a ticket....................... HA HA HA not in St. Mary's County. I had 7 witness' and the Sheriff said" As long as there is no bodly injury they don't give a ticket" can you believe that!! I figured well at least the insurance co. will want to settle this quick. All I wanted was for the co. to pay for damages.........HA!!! They denied the claim stating that I didn't yeld to him. I WAS SITTING AT A RED LIGHT !!! All traffic was stopped. Anyway if you are in St. Mary's just beware of right hand turns from anywhere!!!
